HealthyHomeIQ is a home intelligence platform providing home health scoring, risk analysis, maintenance scheduling, cost forecasting, document management, and home certification reports.

Our service is informational in nature. We are not licensed contractors, inspectors, or insurance professionals. All recommendations should be verified by qualified professionals.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@healthyhomeiq.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, accuracy of results, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

HealthyHomeIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HealthyHomeIQ from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
